ADDITIONAL INFO
During defends my level 7 tents have not been producing soldiers. I have completed entire 5:36 defends without tents producing any troops beside the initial starting ones. This has been going on for over a week. Now it has been going on for nearly amonth. I have moved structures as you suggested, but no change. If i survive past 12 minutes they will start deploying troop, which completly contridicts your suggestion since the same structuers were still undamaged when they began deploying troops. This is very hard to do and by then too much damage has been done to recover. I have video , but i do not see a way to attach it.

Hi L-Train749. Do you have a video of this happening or can you create one the next time it does? This may be due to a blockage in your base; if the units don't have a clear path to move forward, they won't spawn until the path is clear. Try moving some of your structures that are placed very closely.

How do you attach video to the report ?

Hi L-Train749. If you're on a PS4, you won't actually be able to attach it from there, but you can attach it from a computer. Otherwise, a youtube link would be the easiest. Thanks!

The error had went away for a while, now it is back. Tents and base did not start deploying troops until the nine minute mark, which meant it took the additional tent generate time for tents to produce troops. I have made no structure changes to my base, but my troop dispersion rate has changed.

Hi L-Train749. If moving structures out of congested areas didn't help, the best way for us to figure out what's causing your issue is to see a video of the base in action.
